1. Professional Identity
HM Engineering Co. is a registered MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting firm based in Pakistan. We are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under Category C6/79466 and are active taxpayers with FBR (NTN: 5327781-6) and SRB.
2. Services & Project Execution
- All services, including HVAC solutions, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical fabrication, are executed by PEC-approved engineers.
- Project timelines and technical specifications are defined in individual service agreements.
- We adhere to international engineering standards, such as SMACNA for ducting works.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- Quotations are based on the specific technical requirements provided by the client.
- Prices are subject to the applicable taxes as per the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) regulations .
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate site dimensions and necessary access for installation and maintenance teams.
- Any site-specific safety clearances must be communicated to our project managers prior to commencement.
5. Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
- Maintenance services (Preventive or Emergency) are provided for HVAC plants, chillers, and industrial equipment .
- We use high-grade materials, including MS Schedule 40/80 and SS 304/316 piping, for all repairs and fabrication works.
6. Limitation of Liability
HM Engineering Co. shall not be held liable for system failures resulting from unauthorized third-party modifications, misuse, or external factors beyond our technical control once the project is officially handed over.
